PART 1: TREE TO BEAN – The Journey from Cacao Tree to Cacao Bean

Participants will enjoy a hands-on experience in the cacao garden, exploring:

PART 2: BEAN TO BAR – The Journey from Cacao Bean to Chocolate Bar & Exploring Sweet Creations from Chocolate

In the modern lab, participants will engage directly in the chocolate-making process:

SVG Image Chocolate tempering techniques – comparing manual and machine methods.

SVG Image Molding, decorating, and finishing the final product.

SVG Image Tasting experience and flavor evaluation.
