Have you ever toured a cacao garden and witnessed the entire process—from planting young cacao trees to their full growth, harvesting, fermenting, and drying cacao beans? Have you ever had the chance to craft your own chocolate bar from pure cacao beans? Come to Chocolab, the only place in Ho Chi Minh City with a cacao garden and a state-of-the-art chocolate lab that follows the Italian bean-to-bar process. Discover the complete journey from cultivation to transforming cacao beans into delicious chocolate masterpieces.


Participants will enjoy a hands-on experience in the cacao garden, exploring:
Different cacao varieties and cultivation techniques.
The harvesting process, fruit handling (with a chance to taste ripe cacao fruit), and bean fermentation.
Cacao bean drying and quality assessment methods.
In the modern lab, participants will engage directly in the chocolate-making process:
Grinding and mixing ingredients.
Chocolate tempering techniques – comparing manual and machine methods.
Molding, decorating, and finishing the final product.
