JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise all production line activities, factory sanitation conditions, workers’ hygiene, and product quality from raw materials to finished goods.
- Inspect the quality of incoming raw materials, semi-finished products, and finished products before proceeding to the next stage.
- Factory working experience is an advantage.
- Identify root causes and propose corrective and preventive actions for nonconformities related to product quality.
- Understand and properly implement the requirements of the factory’s quality management systems, specifically ISO 22000:2018.
- Receive and work with audit teams conducting factory audits.
- Prepare dossiers for the declaration/registration of new products.
- Perform other tasks as directed by the direct manager.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- University degree or higher in Food Technology, Food Safety & Quality Assurance, or related food majors.
- At least 2 years of experience in an equivalent position.
- Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Good English proficiency.
- Strong sensory evaluation skills.
- Good organizational and work-planning abilities.
- Dynamic, creative, with good communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team; honest, enthusiastic, and highly responsible.
