JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the installation and maintenance of the company’s machinery and equipment.
- Carry out improvements to enhance the performance and efficiency of machinery and equipment.
- Study and troubleshoot issues arising during equipment operation; promptly handle technical incidents.
- Maintain and repair machinery and equipment at the warehouse/workshop, including air conditioners, cold storage systems, mixers, freezers, and other equipment traded by the company.
- Support the handover of machines and equipment to customers.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the direct supervisor.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Graduated from Vocational College/College/University majoring in Thermal Engineering Technology, Electromechanics & Refrigeration, Refrigeration Engineering, Thermal–Refrigeration, or related fields.
- Experience in a similar technical role is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of refrigeration-based machinery such as ice cream machines, chocolate machines, blast freezers, etc. is a plus.
- Solid technical knowledge of electrical systems, electromechanics, machinery, and refrigeration equipment.
- Hardworking, diligent, responsible, physically fit, and quick in handling tasks.
- Willingness to travel for business trips to support company operations when required.
