  • Develop target customer segments such as milk tea chains, coffee shops, restaurants, hotels, schools, distributors/agents, HoReCa, CVS, B2B, etc. for the F&B ingredients and equipment that the company is trading.
  • Research and update market trends and customer needs to develop appropriate business plans.
  • Actively seek new customers in the market, expand and explore potential customer sources.
  • Take care of and maintain relationships with the company’s existing customers.
  • Monitor contract execution, including quotations and invoices, to ensure service quality.
  • Regularly track sales reports and update information on the company’s system.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the direct supervisor.
  • Graduated from Intermediate level or higher in Economics, Business Administration, Commerce, or related majors.
  • At least 1 year of experience in sales; experience in F&B or FMCG is an advantage.
  • English communication skills are an advantage.
  • Good communication skills; flexible in handling situations.
  • Dynamic, hardworking, with strong customer handling and persuasion skills.
  • Honest, enthusiastic, and responsible.
  • Willing to travel for work when required.
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM) and alternate Saturdays.
  • Salary: Negotiable based on skills and experience.
  • Full entitlement to public holidays, annual leave, personal leave, insurance, and other benefits for official employees after the probation period.
