The OEM PF/33/MT, also known as the Pizza Pressformer, is a thermal pizza dough shaping machine from Italy, designed to completely replace manual rolling, providing speed, precision, and uniformity for each pizza base.
Equipped with two heated plates Ø 330 mm operating at approximately 180 °C, it presses and shapes a 12” pizza base in just a few seconds, removing excess moisture from the dough to ensure easy baking without toughness, maintaining a naturally soft-crispy texture.
The machine can produce up to 300 pizza bases per hour, making it ideal for pizzerias, restaurants, and central kitchens aiming to optimize productivity, reduce manual labor, and maintain consistent quality in mass production.
