Equipment Introduction:
The OEM Dome is an electric traditional-style pizza oven from Italy, specially developed for Neapolitan pizza, delivering a perfectly baked pizza in approximately 90 seconds.
With chamber temperatures reaching up to 530 °C and its signature dome design, the Dome provides optimal conductive and reflective heat transfer, ensuring pizzas bake evenly with a crisp exterior and soft, airy interior—true to classic Napoli style.
The octagonal baking chamber accommodates 7 pizzas of Ø 35 cm simultaneously, ideal for medium to large restaurants. The 40 mm Sorrento biscotto baking floor ensures fast heat recovery, long heat retention, and stable baking performance.
The interior is lined with heat-resistant stone, and independent heating elements positioned top – bottom – front (infrared front) ensure even heat distribution across the pizza surface.
A user-friendly digital control panel allows operators to adjust upper/lower temperatures independently, set timers, control chamber lighting, and activate the energy-saving mode for efficient operation.
