The Esmach EF-R E10T is a professional electric rotary rack oven from Italy, designed to maximize baking productivity in a compact space. It is suitable for bakeries, production factories, and medium-to-large central kitchens.
The oven can accommodate 1 trolley with 10 trays measuring 400 × 600 mm, allowing large quantities of products to be baked simultaneously in each cycle while ensuring uniform quality.

The oven body is made entirely of stainless steel (inox), ensuring hygiene, durability, and almost no routine maintenance.
