OEM SUPERTOP 435 – HIGH-PERFORMANCE SINGLE‑DECK ELECTRIC PIZZA OVEN

The OEM Supertop 435 (SUPERTOP4351DG) is a single-deck electric pizza deck oven made in Italy, ideal for professional kitchens and pizzerias needing high performance in a compact footprint. Featuring a stone baking deck, intuitive digital controls, and up to 8.4 kW power, this oven delivers consistent, crispy results while being energy efficient  .

Capable of reaching 450 °C, it includes three variable heat zones both above and below the pizza for precise baking. The thick refractory stone deck ensures even heat distribution and quick recovery, while stainless steel construction and double-glazed doors optimize insulation and visibility.
